As the only item of business was a Part 2 reserved matter members of the public and press were excluded from this meeting.

To discuss details of the Council’s banking arrangements
Councillors discussed changes necessary to the Council’s banking mandate with the National Westminster Bank resulting from changes in the membership of the Council and completed the necessary forms.
Resolved that the authorised signatories in the current mandate, for the accounts detailed in section 2, be changed in accordance with sections 5 and 6 and the current mandate will continue as amended.
Closure of the council meeting at 1300.
