OFFICIAL NOTICE OF STUTTON CUM HAZLEWOOD PARISH MEETING
You are summoned to a Parish meeting of Stutton cum Hazlewood Parish to be held on Wednesday 9th November 2016 at 19:30 in the Stutton Village Hall

This is not to be confused with the Annual Parish Meeting or a Parish Council meeting. This is an open meeting of the Parish. The Parish Council traditionally facilitates the meeting and creates the running order to include current matters known to be of interest to the community, however any relevant matters can be raised for discussion at the meeting by any member of the Parish.
Local Government electors for the villages will be entitled to vote at the Meeting which is open to the public.
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. Chairman’s welcome
2. Apologies
3. Chairman of Stutton Parish Council to speak about Stutton Village Hall and ongoing management and operational issues and to take questions from the floor.
4. Discussion and general questions will follow.
All members of the public and press are welcome to attend the meeting and participation is encouraged by members of the Parish.
