Minutes of the Stutton cum Hazlewood Parish Council Annual Meeting held at 1930 hrs on 14h May 2015 at Stutton Village Hall
Present:- Cllr Birchall, Cllr Fawcett, Cllr Heard, Cllr Wrigglesworth

The meeting began at 1930 hrs.
AM1501 ELECTION OF A CHAIRMAN. It was proposed by Cllr Birchall that Cllr Fawcett should be Chairman for the forthcoming year. This was seconded by Cllr Wrigglesworth Cllr Fawcett accepted the office. This motion was carried. The Declaration of Acceptance of Office for Chairman was duly read and signed by Cllr Fawcett.
AM1502 ELECTION OF A VICE-CHAIRMAN It was proposed by Cllr Fawcett that Cllr Birchall should be Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year. This was seconded by Cllr Wrigglesworth Cllr Birchall accepted the office. This motion was carried. The Declaration of Acceptance of Office for Vice-Chairman was duly read and signed by Cllr Birchall.
There was no further business and the meeting closed. The ordinary meeting of the Parish Council for May 2015 continued at 1940 hrs..
